POLI develops industrial logistics accessories and complementary systems to complete packaging, shipping, inspection and handling lines. These solutions can be integrated into existing systems or considered as part of new projects, taking into account operational requirements, available space and the required level of automation.

Label applicators, scales, scanners, Pick to Light systems, management software, packing tables and RFID technologies enable different functions to be coordinated within the same process. The goal is to build a cohesive line in which every component has a specific role and can communicate with the other equipment.

POLI showcases roller conveyors with integrated scales designed for automatic package weight checks at different stages of operation.

The weighing system can be fully integrated into the line and paired with devices for shipment identification and management.

Integration brings together multiple functions along the same operating route, rather than treating weight checking as a separate stage.

Line management software

The line management software developed by POLI enables scanners, scales, label applicators and other devices in the production or logistics process to work together in an integrated way. The interface is designed to centralise key operational functions, making it easier to manage data and communicate with the company’s management system.

The solution can be configured to meet the plant's requirements, helping to streamline the management of the different stages of the line and the interaction between hardware and software systems.

The collection combs are devices designed for product collection, separation and alignment.

POLI manufactures these custom solutions, with the option to customize components in terms of spacing, length and shape to suit the application.



The configuration is determined based on the product characteristics and the system into which the comb will be integrated.

Case Sealers

POLI also manufactures manual and automatic case sealers, including auto-sizing configurations that adjust to package height, length, and width. The current website also features solutions using 50 mm and 75 mm tape and systems for sealing all four sides.
