Industrial Case Sealers for Carton Sealing

Poli designs and manufactures industrial case sealers for automatic and manual carton sealing, suitable for integration into packaging and handling lines. The range includes simple manual systems for packing stations and automatic systems designed for high-throughput production lines. They apply adhesive tape evenly across the top of the carton and, where required, along its sides.

Self-adjusting systems and tape widths

Poli automatic case sealers feature auto-sizing systems that adjust the machine to the actual dimensions of the packages passing through, reducing the need for manual adjustments along the line. The sealing head position adjusts to the package height, ensuring consistent sealing even when different sizes are processed within the same production batch. Poli machines use 50 mm and 75 mm-wide adhesive tape, selected according to package weight, packaging type, and the needs of the packaging line.

These carton taping machines integrate easily into existing packaging and material handling lines, working alongside strapping, conveying and packaging systems without requiring a complete redesign of the plant.

Taping on all four sides of the carton

In addition to top sealing, Poli carton taping machines can be configured to apply adhesive tape to all four sides of the carton, providing a more secure seal for packages that need to withstand greater stresses during transport and handling. This configuration is useful when cartons are subjected to forces from multiple directions during storage and shipping. The choice between simple top sealing and four-sided taping is made together with the customer based on the carton type, weight and planned logistics route.
